I ordered a 30K BTU unit with 3 indoor units for my vacation home in the white mountains I was impressed with customer service and the shipping was prompt and without damage. I installed the unit without any problems or missing pieces. Once up and running I couldn't believe how quiet and smooth the system runs, both the A/C and heat run smooth and quiet and keep the house at a comfortable temp. 5 Stars across the board JT 9/13/17

Very knowledgeable and courteous
Very knowledgeable and courteous. Had gotten the wrong filters first, and then was taken care in a proper manner. I was very pleased with the end result. Carey went far and beyond to take care of the problem.

ComfortUp helped me identify and purchase the right ductless system for my cabin. They had the best prices on the net and their sales team is very knowledgeable and helpful! Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly, I also had a helpful representative assist me in making sure I ordered the appropriate bracket to mount my mini split to the side of my home.
