Tubing had bad flares unit outside louder than others.

I took 2 stars for their customer service experience...I did not have a very good one....

During the installation, one of the linesets needed a adapter to connect to the outside unit. The installer had to solder a smaller connector for the unit to work. This added to the installation cost, which didn't make me happy. The remote controllers I got didn't completely match what was in the manual. They might have been a updated version as they had some features that weren't listed in the manual. I need to call customer service and see if they have a updated manual for the remotes that I have. The units are working great so far.

Was well satisfied with comfort up just not with shipping carrier. My unit sat there at the shipping company from Sunday til Thursday before I received it just bc they weren't coming my way so I had to have it shipped somewhere else to even get it by Thursday.

I placed my order on Cyber Monday (order # 100007753) when I can get my mini split with a 15' linset with a coupon. I received the unit in about 10 days. And when I checked the price on Tuesday 12/15/2015. They are selling the same unit include a 25' linset for the same price and you can get $50 off by signup their newsletter. I asked the customer services if they can lower my invoice by $50 since it's cheaper in just 2 weeks. The owner refused to give me the discount since I got the 15' linset already. My contractor is going to install the unit this weekend. I cannot comment on the unit, but the company cannot beat their own prices within 2 weeks. I am so disappointed. If you are shopping for anything from them, be aware that you may get a better deal after cyber Monday and before Xmas.

It is difficult to know whether the bulb is working or not. I write the date when I'm supposed to change it. However, without specialized equipment, you really can't tell.

Only issue was they never mentioned needing drain tubes. Wish they had better selection of lengths on Line-sets.

Ordered Gem Tech UV bulb as shown on the website. I received generic brand bulb that was the same specifications as Gem Tech. It fits and works so far. I called Comfort Up and the representative told me it was the same UV bulb as Gem Tech. I told them the site advertisement shows Gem Tech and my shipping package shows Gem Tech. I noticed several companies sell generic replacement UV bulbs for less. I ordered here because of the ad showing Gem Tech. Well I will be happy as long as the bulb will last for the same time the original Gem Tech product. Too much trouble to return the bulb and start searching again for another bulb.
