Th would is unit should not be sold as a heat pump, but as a small air conditioner. The heat side would not heat a very small bathroom and certainly not 300 square feet. I wasn't expecting much but I received much less. In retrospect, I should have ran the 220 circuit that I was trying to avoid.I will be looking for I sure hope the AC portion will do

Sold me a new AC unit with out the sleeve it fits into THANKS should mention this on check out or before. Useless for first time install be specific people

I purchased a Gree mini split with two interior heads from Comfort Up. I ordered two line sets one at 15' and one at 35'. Comfort Up was recommended by my installer. The unit came in fairly quickly. The installer showed up to install the unit. He first installed the outside unit and then the first inside unit. He ran the 15' line set and discovered the smaller line set had an issue with the flaring on one end. He was forced to re-flare the line. He then installed the second interior unit. He began to run the line set to the outside unit. He started with the larger line to discover it was too short. We measured the line to find it to be only 30' long. I immediately called Comfort Up whom at first didn't really seem to believe me. They made me send photos of the line set. Which I did immediately. The installer continued and was able to install the smaller line due to the fact that it was the correct 35' length. Comfort Up stated they would overnight the new line. I called the following morning and spoke with Sandra again whom stated she though the line had already been shipped but would check and call me back to confirm. The day went on with no return phone call. I called back and Sandra was gone for the day. The new person I spoke with stated that it would be shipped on Friday which was 2-3 days later. I was not happy. I called Sandra again the following morning. I asked Sandra about compensating me for the installer's time to come back out. She didn't understand why they should be responsible. She stated get it up and running and assured me that she would see what she could do to help. She really could care less that my office was hot as the temperature was 104 outside. The new line set arrived and I paid the installer to come back and finish the job. It was not his fault we didn't get what we ordered and therefore, I agreed he should be compensated. The unit was turned on. It worked great for several days. Then the unit stopped cooling. I paid the installer to come back out. He found the line he had to re-flare was leaking. He re-flared it again and re-charged the system. It is cooling great once again. I'm hopeful we are done. I've since called back and left a message for Sandra to see about getting compensated for the installer having to make multiple trips. Wouldn't you know it, Sandra has yet to return my phone call!
