Seller is extremely dishonest, would never buy from them again. Sold A/C units without refrigerant, and claimed they would help with getting it fixed if and only if I dropped a claim I had with Amazon. I did, and they went silent. Would never shop here again. Do yourself a favor and chargeback via your CC company. They helped me get some of my money back.

so i guess after the sale comfort up is done with you, ZERO support with a brand new unit that has failed to operate since day one. Want to buy a Gree? Try getting a hold of tech support, There is none. Two days of leaving messages and no return call. And seeing as they will (if they ever return a call) will only speak to a licensed installer theres now the time he has spent trying to get a hold of someone.. Please do yourself a favor and dont use either Comfort Up or Gree. I know i never will again

When buying my 2 units ever thing was great Kevin was great on helping me but after receiving my units l went through the owners manual l found a couple of errors so I called kevin to explain what l found he was very rude I will not purchase any thing from this company again when they get your money they want nothing to do with you

Yes I thought you were a good company, shipped it right out. I had it put in my house. It run for 2 years and hen broke tried for 2 months to get pars but you will not send them. I don't know what the hell is wrong you all. I paid $2180.00 for this in, then had to pay someone to put it in. I just want my money back. Patricia Morris

Takes weeks to get equipment after you’ve paid. Shipping company is arrogant and disrespectful if you can’t make their suggested time then they reschedule you for a week later at their convenience. We purchased four AC units within 4 weeks three units had already failed. They have great marketing and a slick website though. They can take money fast!

I still haven’t received my order. I haven’t had an update in over a week and my job has fallen behind schedule because of it. I would definelty reconsider ordering from them again.
