ComfortUp was awesome to deal with. I saved over $700 on 2 Gree Mini Splits compared to my local supplier. Getting a quote was fast and easy. The only problem I had was with Southeastern Freight in Asheville. I had to initiate contact, it took several days for delivery after my units arrived in Asheville, and the 5-hour delivery window was not adhered to.

Delivery came in a timely manner. One of my indoor units was damaged. We noticed several days after the delivery. I emailed customer service and they shipped out a new unit very quickly. It was great.

ComfortUp received my order and shipped it to me in about a week. Everything arrived in good order. They even upgraded the air handlers to the latest model at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mini-split system.
