Great Fit
Ordered a couple t-shirts for my boyfriend and they have the perfect fit. Fits just right around the arms and extremely flattering. He placed an order himself a week later!

Trash! They sent my order with items missing. They told me to submit a claim. Then radio silence… so basically they rob you and smile about it.

I ordered some products and rather quickly received an email letting me know shipping would be delayed. I was not bothered by this and actually appreciated the quick notification. I was a deployed military member and before the order was marked shipped I contacted the company to advise them to alter the shipping address to my home due to mail issues at my deployed location. The customer service emailed me back relatively quickly and made it sound as if that would be handled. A short time later I received an email that the products had shipped, and when I checked on the tracking it still showed to be going to the APO address not my home of record. I again emailed customer service and they said they would escalate my concerns to their "Customer Experience Team" for options. I waited and again heard nothing. I emailed them again asking what my options were as I was no longer at the location to accept mail and that there was no return mail service at that base. My mail would just sit or be redistributed to other people. They "understood my frustration" but gave me no help other than stating that the "Customer Experience Team" would get back to me. This has gone on for over a month now with no word from the company. I have no idea if their products are any good but their customer service is horrible!!

Ordered 2 shirts on June 25th of 2026. Order was delivered on July 18th 2026. On August 8th I started a return as both shirts are way too big. Got an email right away from Leo in customer service stating that the order was delivered more than 30 days ago and is not returnable. July 18th to August 8th is less than 30 days ago. They said a team specialist will continue our conversation and look into it further. Never heard from anyone. Emailed customer service again on august 11th with no response. Now I see it says my return was rejected on August 20th (today) which is 2 days past the 30 day of delivery window. Even though I reached out 12 days ago. Now I'm stuck with $90 worth of shirts can't wear. Thanks shiesters.

Received a jacket that needed a replacement. I tried talking to the customer service team, who responded quickly (AI response) telling me that my exchange was approved, but never sent a return label or provided a return address. I tried following up a few times and got ghosted for about 2 weeks. My wife tried asking from her email and they responded quickly to her (AI), but once given my order number, they ghosted her too, no explanation, instructions, follow up, nothing. Just threw away the money and stuck with something that I cant wear after they told me the exchange was approved. Sucks because it seemed like this company had cool stuff and, as a fellow vet, I thought it would be fun to rep a veteran owned business like this, but they say one thing then dont follow through and ignore you, which is weak. Dont fly the "Veteran flag" then screw people over. I can say, if you are looking for reliability in a company, Zero Foxtrot is a good company with good employees (not just AI generated auto emails) that nods to the veteran community with cool products.

Very disappointing experience. My order was delayed, became stuck in an Amazon shipping loop, and ultimately never arrived. I contacted Combat Iron for assistance but received no meaningful help or resolution. Poor customer service and a frustrating overall experience. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Terrible experience. Order a t-shirt and was immediately emailed that it might take a very long time to receive it (which was not the estimate I was given when I checked out minutes earlier, as I was paying for shipping). Tried to cancel. Received a prompt response asking me if I would like to cancel. When I said yes, I was told I was outside the cancellation window. The order was for an event so I no longer need the shirt and will have to return and pay a restocking fee. They could’ve just cancelled my order for me and I wouldn’t be writing this review. Won’t shop here again.

Placed a several hundred dollar order for a beach vacation. Paid for rush delivery and had it shipped to my temporary vacation destination. Took over a week for it to even be processed, let alone rushed shipped and it arrived AFTER I left Florida and vacation was over. I did however receive an email saying sorry, we are behind in shipping times, AFTER a few days of even placing the order, and no offer of refunding the rush delivery fees. So I emailed them four times explaining the situation and even asked to at least refund the rush delivery fee. Emailed them yet again today. Can they at least not even offer that shipping option or notify you right away they can’t honor it, or answer some emails, offer a solution, have some kind of better communication and customer service? Refund the rush fee? Honor their shipping timelines? Thanks for taking the extra postage fees and not honoring it and then ghosting me.
