My main mission is to find quality clothing, specially Tees, only few had that but then they changed their quality to standard fabric and that’s the reason i stopped buying from them because even though they had some good graphics, it still didn’t cut it for me, I felt cheaply wearing so no then when i was giving up hope, i stumbled with COMBAT IRON and boy im glad i did their quality tees are superb topnotch and the graphics are wicked awesome and they make sure to tell you when you buy from them they email you about your clothing status to the day they arrive, making sure everything was good for my delivery and earning points from every purchase to get ready $$ discount for your next purchase, hopefully they won’t change their quality so I can be a Patriotic COMBAT IRON customer thanks Devin and his team I feel much better spending my hardworking money on tees that I really love their quality 🇺🇸🤘🏻

The performance joggers sat in my cart for a while while I decided whether to risk another men’s small running too large. Glad I did. They’re the right amount of loose without being baggy—comfortable for workouts and everyday wear, and they’ve held up well through training and multiple washes so far. What really stands out with Combat Iron, though, is the customer service. After orders arrive they check in to make sure everything was to your liking. On my first order they also proactively emailed about some fulfillment delays (the order still arrived on time). That one heads-up, instead of leaving me to chase tracking, is what convinced me to order again and keep coming back.

I've got over 20 T-shirts, and 8 pairs of shorts from CMBT, and I love everything about the gear. The shirts are comfortable, well made, and true to size. I wear my shirts everywhere and people love what they say. The shorts are very comfortable, light weight but made very well. I wear them to the gym every time I go, they don't bind no matter what exercise I do. My legs are bigger than average, but these shorts fit me so well I'm able to do my leg workout in comfort and that's something I don't have with some of my other shorts. CMBT is a great company. They have great customer service. If you don't have any of their gear I highly recommend you get some! I have no doubt you will like it.

After leaving items in a basket, Zack reached out via text asking if he could help me complete the purchase. I responded saying that I’d like to use my points along with the current 25% off retail promo. He recommended I contact customer service via email, so I did. After 24 hours no response was received. I let Zack know this and he asked that I reach out again. I finally did receive a response and Kari said it’s not allowed to use points in connection with a discount code. Very well but realize this. No one is going to purchase items on combat iron apparel at full retail price. The items are overpriced period. We as consumers will use a discount code. With that being the reality, when will we ever be able to use our accumulated points? Never. So why even have a point system that is structured to not be utilized. Now, by this time with the back and forth and getting nowhere, the 25% code expired. I made Kari aware of this and she said she would, this one time only as a courtesy, apply the code. Spare me your generosity first of all. Even then I was inclined to make the purchase. I then receive a message from a 3rd person named Billy. Billy tells me to complete the purchase at retail and that my payment would be adjusted for the discount. Since I had left the items in my cart, Zack text me again asking what was going on. I let him know that I’d rather make the purchase with the promo at checkout rather than being adjusted afterwards. He then sends me back to customer service where Billy, or who knows who it was by this time, that it’s again a one time courtesy and that it couldn’t be done. Reaching out to customer service is like a tennis match with these guys obviously skewing the game in their favor. They could have taken care of this situation at the first touch but instead tossed it around like a hot potato ultimately losing a customer. The shorts they sell are cool but highly absent the value at their high retail and their customer service is a customer disservice. They have an opportunity to turn this around, and bring a veteran owned business I hope they would but I’m doubtful of that. I’ll post this on other review formats as well to help potential customers make a decision on knowing wether to buy from these guys or flat out save their money, time, and a bad experience.
