Lack of Communication My order was missing an item, which was not a big deal at all. The rating for me comes from communication, or lack thereof, with ColourPop. I had emailed about the missing item and got no response. I went on the website and filled out the form for missing items and still received no response. My replacement item did eventually show up but I found it so odd - and bad customer service - that I never got an email acknowledging my missing item and verifying it was being replaced.

Loved your service and so happy with my purchase. Will definitely order again!!

Every time I purchase from Colourpop, it is with the greatest of expectations. Unfortunately, the products never live up to those expectations. For instance, I recently bought a bullet lipstick and the first time I used it, the bullet fell out of the lipstick tube and onto my bathroom floor. And every time before, from palettes to single powder shadows to Supershock highlighters to cream blushes, the shades are never quite what I want. The taupes are more brown, the purples are too pink, the cools are too warm, etc. I can’t see myself making another purchase.

They sell excellent products and have received good attention, also the products have always arrived in excellent condition.

My best shop ever!!! Everything is beautiful and an excellent quality!!!
