The shipping was fast and the products are high quality

maybe make it clear on your website that german customers won't be getting their orders delivered to their homes because of Corona guidelines. packages that you have to pay custom fees for have to be picked up at a Deutsche Post office (since they don't want their postal workers to have to deal with the "money issue" "unprotected at peoples homes"). Also with the custom fees and the fact that Deutsche Post wants 6 Euros extra delivery fees even though they won't even be delivering the packages to your door and you have to drive a town over to get the package is ridiculous. Unless Colourpop starts caring more about international customers and maybe opens up a European distribution center/warehouse or works together with for example Sephora Europe, I won't purchase directly from Colourpop again, I might maybe buy from resellers but that's it.

Excellent service, the product arrived packaged and in excellent condition.

I like colourpop in general. The only 2 things I have been complaining are: 1. When there’s a promotion, you charge duty based on original price not the sale price. I think that’s not fair. And there’s no way to see how much% duty. I tested before, based on different amount, the duty% is all different. I’m very confused. 2. Last time I got a special coupon code because there was a missing item in my previous package. Customer service gave me the code for future use. However, there’s a expiration date on it, and can only use it when there’s no sale on the website. I live in Canada and I have to buy $60 to get free shipping, plus the duty. In order to use the code, I have to buy $45 extra on regular price. Lucky last time it was free shipping promotion on any order so I can use the code. If you can improve on the above mentioned points, I will appreciate it very much. As well as my friends who also buy colourpop a lot but have similar concerns. Thanks!

First off, it’s really annoying to keep getting product review requests for a product I never received. I waited quite a while for the sponge to come back in stock, and ordered it when it did which also happened to be on a free shipping weekend. I received a lip product instead with someone else’s invoice inside. Once Colourpop finally got back to me about the incorrect order, the sponge was already sold out again. Even though it’s my favorite sponge I don’t know if I’ll be placing another order.

They took care of my order when I had one of the eye shadows damaged upon delivery

Colourpop is my absolute favorite brand. I have aolwy switched to their eyeshadows and love that they are cruelty free, vegan options and highly pigmented but easy to remove. The palette options are amazing and the pressed glitters are my favorite thing in the world with all day coverage and minimal crease issues

I ordered the colourpop eyeliner vault. It’s around $80-90 I believe? So I was expecting really nice liners. I personally wasn’t a fan of the quality for such a high price. Not only that but if it’s going to be called a vault and be so pricey, I expected better packaging. But it’s just flimsy cardboard which means I have no real storage for them once it’s out of the package. Normally with things you order that have multiple products with it, such as the 12 or so colored eyeliners, you would have sturdier packaging for it. So overall I was unhappy with the product. I’ve used it about twice and now it kinda just sits and collects dust on my shelf. So upsetting! I was really looking forward to them and the wide variety of colors. But as for Colourpop, this is their only product I have tried so I would give them another chance. I haven’t had experience with their customer service so I have no opinion on that. But the package came in good condition, nothing was broken or damaged. The product I happened to ordered just wasn’t what I was expecting which left me disappointed.
