Love the products and specials. Been having issues with items being damaged or wrong items sent.

I got a problem with my order and the client service was really bad, they didn’t resolve my problem and they made it worst even.

Bon rapport qualité/prix avec promo ou livraison gratuite. En revanche : la composition des produits n'est pas bonne.

Products are great. Shipping time is horrible. We get that orders increase but a company should make allowances for that so customers aren't waiting longer for their orders.

I have been ordering different stuff for years. They always ship on time, and when I have had problems with delivery it's been fault of the local courier. Even in those cases, Colourpop has always provided me with an answer. Furthermore, when I have received something not in its best conditions, they have listened to me and given me solutions (refund or gift code). I love buying when they have free shipping (I'm not from the US), and it always comes fast. Looking forward to buying more in the future!
