The eyeshadow pallet has great colors but it’s not pressed enough. The powder comes off so easily the actual pallet has powder all over the place.

Items are hit or miss. If you’re on a tight budget some of the items are worth buying. Colourpop used to be so good when they were an Indie brand. I find the quality to have went down and the price to be a little higher over the years. I think it doesn’t help that they keep pumping out new launches with the same color story reused each time. They are really trying to use nostalgia as a marketing ploy with all these new releases. That works for people interested in the packaging and marketing but the products themselves are just not worth the money. I find ELF to be a better brand for when you’re on a budget.

Loooong delay

The product quality and quantity were amazing but the lipstick shade isn't what I expected to be its all lighter when applied compared to the picture. the delivery took a lot of time to arrive but the customer service is satisfactory

My order never arrived and when requested a refund they ask me to continue waiting for it. I ordered on September 16th. And when I track the order it says it’s in Germany and it was for Colombia

The shipping was fast and I could track my order at all times. But let me tell you about those products which is more important. Products are amazing!! Quality is sooo good and for prices like ColourPop’s I think it’s the best you can get. A little sad about the fact that my lipstick and tint aren’t as long lasting as I thought they would be but you know that was my assumption. The pigmentation of all products I’ve purchased is wonderful!

Everything was perfect and exactly as described! I was worried the lipstick shades would be different from the pictures but they work perfectly with my skin tone as I hoped. However, the setting spray had leaked a little. Everything else was in great condition.
