First order and Colourpop did good.

Over all the products that I have received are amazing. However, my first order was missing an eyeshadow pallet. I emailed customer service 2 times and left a message in the reviews and I still haven't heard from them, nor have I received my item that I paid for.

This was my first time ordering from them and I’ve read the reviews before ordering, it’s true shipping takes a while. It took about a week and a half or so to get to me. However, the products we’re packaged carefully and arrived in great condition and they seem to have great quality products for the price. I would purchase again.

I love all the products colourpop sales not only are they great quality but affordable and cruelty free I don’t buy any makeup or facial product anywhere else colourpop is my go to.

I have emailed some many times about my messed up order and have gotten no reply. I'm super disappointed in the customer service and product quality. DONT DO IT.

I love the products but my last order was delivered to the wrong address - tracking information said it was delivered, but it never appeared in my mail box in my building. Total bummer.

Customer service takes a few to respond but over all, when they finally responded. They addressed the requests.
