I bought a lipstick and they sent me a completely different one. I wrote them a claim and they never answered me. I will never shop there again in my life. They should take more into account the people who buy from a country far away from theirs, since shipments are very expensive. It's a shame, it had never happened to me in my life.

I absolutely love my gold colour palette. It’s everything I wanted. It’s the first pallet I’ve bought from colour pop but definitely won’t be the last

I am a sucker for a mystery box and was so excited to receive it. There was a lot more in it than I expected! I also only got one duplicate item that I already owned. The quality of the makeup is wonderful as always. If only there was an advent calendar.

Probably the most frustrating experience I've ever had to endure with a company. I ordered a few items from colourpop on 28th september 2021. My package remained on the 'cleared customs' notification on DHL for about a month and a half. I was given a link to Yodel's website with a tracking number, as they are the company that actually deliver the package, and it said 'oops something went wrong. please try again later', and it never changed, so I had a feeling my package had gotten lost somewhere in transit. It was frustrating as I moved house mid November, and so my delivery address needed to be changed but couldn't because no one had any idea where my package was, so i was constantly worried that my package would be delivered to my old house, and that would be £80 down the drain. I contacted colourpop, who had the nerve to ask me to contact my local post office and wanted me to investigate the status of my package. Considering it is the company's responsibility to ensure the package gets to the customer, I found it laughable that they even had the audacity to expect me to do all the work. You would expect a well-known corporation to know what their responsibilities are. They eventually offered to send my parcel again, although one item was out of stock and they gave me store credit instead of a refund. That store credit means nothing to me, considering the shipping costs to the UK are more expensive than that item. I would say if you're not from the US, probably don't even bother buying from them, as they expect you to investigate any issues and use the 'you're in the same country as your package so it's easier for you to do it' excuse.
