ColourPop cancelled my order with no explanation and when I contacted customer service they said it was a payment issue. I contacted my bank and the transaction was not declined. Customer service refused to reprocess my order and told me I had to reorder everything at the non sale/higher price. There is no phone number to contact them and the customer service agent repeatedly refused to forward my request to a manager or different person. Needless to say they have lost my business.

I ordered the am-pm gel cleanser. I received a powder of some kind. It is very strange because the same exact thing happened earlier this year. I’m done because I order with just enough time so that my cleanser runs out when my new one is supposed to arrive and this is the second time I don’t get it which forces me to run out and buy whatever temporary solution and I can’t do that to my skin.

I order some make up not only did it get delivered to some random place they sent me a different color mascara then what I asked for. But im grateful they help me out

I purchased a glossy lip stain that was horribly misrepresented online. It’s so full of glitter, has no pigmentation and feels almost slimy upon application. I tried numerous times to get customer service to refund my money and they refused telling me I should have looked at swatches on social media for correct representation of the product. I will not ever be purchasing from Colourpop again. So terrible they do this to loyal customers.

Customer service feels like a robot and does not help when there’s order issues. Copy/pasted replies, not friendly, doesn’t seem to care that they put the wrong palette in an order. Shipping took way too long as well.

I bought this for my little sister as a Christmas present and she loved it so much she ask me “why didn’t you told me you were giving me so many things that I wanted as a gift??” She loved it so much she was trying to put it on while opening the presents.
