I never even received my last order. A month after ordering, I had to let them know I never received it. They were willing to resend my order, but if this order never made it to me, then I was out my money and the product. So I just asked for a refund. As far as I know, the DHL tracking said it was left in another state for USPS to deliver to me, but USPS didn’t have any tracking for it. DHL and USPS dropped the ball here. I can’t blame Colourpop for this. Their product is amazing and I always receive what I order in good condition (not broken or busted open …etc). Their eyeshadow palettes are (in my opinion) some of the best. The pigmentation and colors are always so beautiful.

Great products and attention. I had a few issues with a lost shipment, and they resent the products that were available. Even when I had further inquiries, the customer service was great.

I never received my shipment, I check with DHl and my shipment was sent to the other side of the planet, I have written messages and I have not received a response, the worst experience ever, months waiting to lose everything I bought.

Love this company. I bought the nightmare before Christmas eyeshadow pallet, and it’s super pigmented. Good quality, gorgeous packaging. It shipped quickly, and arrived without any damage.
