Missing items but good customer service
They only sent half of my order, so I got in touch with cusomer service who responded promptly. They sent one of my missing items, but the other was now unavailable and so they offered me a coupon equal to the value of the unavailable product. I didn't want this, as the shipping to the UK is quite expensive, and customer service changed this to a refund for me. Wish I'd received all my products, but customer service were very helpful and my missing item came very quickly as well. Products are good quality and I enjoy using them.

I totally recommend these products!
I totally recommend these products! I went crazy and ordered a bunch of stuff over the holidays. I ordered 6 eye shadow palettes, lots of lip stuff, creams etc. I had never previously shopped at Colourpop before, only saw reviews on Youtube. Well, let me tell ya, I will be shopping here again, everything is better than I expected. The formulation of the eye shadows, the pigmentation, how it looks on the eye...wow. I get compliments every time I put them on. I got the Lippie stix set and a whole bunch of liquid lipsticks omg, I don't care that I have nowhere to go during this insane pandemic, I am having so much fun putting on this makeup. it's keeping me sane, lol

I still have not received my order…
I still have not received my order since Nov 30th when i ordered today being Jan 12th. After i didnt get it the first time i asked for a refund because it took about 2 weeks to send it and i had left the country. They insisted that will resend because no refunds. They sent again, via DHL and tracking said delivered just like the first one, my sister even had to ask the neighbours, we never found it. Now they tell us to contact our local post. Worst service I have ever received. I will never order from them again.
