This was the easiest customer service experience I think I've ever had. My first order came no issue everything accounted for and stunning. My second order had two items missing so I reached out sent a pic with my invoice and inquired about the missing items and I got an email a day or two later saying they'd ship it out ASAP and a day after that they sent a tracking number with my missing items. I'll be honest since it was my first time working with ColourPop's CS I was worried I would have to jump through a bunch of hoops to prove the items were actually not in my order since I know businesses get scammed a lot but they only asked for a pic of the box. I get stressed easily so this was such a breath of fresh air. I love everything about their lines so the fact that their CS experience is also easy just puts them at the top of my list.

Every eyeshadow palette ive gotten from here is super pigmented and lasts well throught the day. I maybe have to do a touch up after abut 6 hours but i feel like thats a long time to go woth no touchups (i also have greasy eyelids) The qiality of all the collectors items are amazing and so detailed! I've saved every box everything is 100% worth it and so affordable! It also came really fast, I live in ontario so i was very happy with the speed of shipping. Im also happy duties are inlcuded and covered so I'm not suprised by them or having to go out of my way to pay them!

Love it so much!!! Products are well made, shipping to Canada includes VAT and duties which is so lovely and much cheaper than the charge Canada post does. The only con is that the prices are in USD for the site so I'm always converting in my head.

My lips are amazed. I enjoy all kinds of colors colourpop offers. My lips are smooth from the lip primers. My eye lashes are popping from the formula in the mascaras. Over all great affordable company.

I ordered a makeup kit for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. It never arrived and customer service was unwilling to offer any assistance. They told me to contact the post office who insisted it was marked delivered and I would have to file a police report and assume the package was stolen. Waste of time and money.

I am a long time user of colourpop for their eyeshadow and lipsticks. I wanted to try their other products but had some issues with finding a foundation to match my skin tone. I reached out to see if they could help me pick a color and they asked for pictures of my skin etc, then literally sent me 3 different bottles of their foundation for FREE. I was not expecting that at all! One of them is a perfect match and I LOVE the formula :) It’s light weight, great coverage and doesn’t become cakey throughout the day (I paired it with their primer and setting spray). I will only be buying this brand of foundation from now on. Thank you!
