The product was fine. What was horrible was the shipping and incorrect information that was provided on the many many emails that was sent. It took from ordering on November 27 and it did not arrive until December 26. The order label was generated on December 7th and was never filled until late December and then by then some of the items ordered then became out of stock when they were in stock many weeks ahead. I will never ever order from here again

I purchased several items, including eye shadow palettes, lip palettes, a lip pencils set, an eye pencil set, multiple mascaras and a beautiful brush set for my granddaughter, and she was ecstatic. The available colour options were fabulous - I was able to provide her with neutrals as well as bright fun colours to experiment with and the quality was outstanding - all at a reasonable price.
