Pretty colors and highly pigmented eyeshadow.

I was unhappy with my purchase and wanted to send back the unused item I purchased for a simple exchange. The representatives at Colourpop told me that because I had paid so little for their product that they didn't do exchanges and/or refunds. I won't be shopping with Colourpop any longer.

Great product, excellent pigmentation.

Everything I ordered was great quality when it arrived. The eye shadow was smooth & lay so nice, it’s even better when you add a dab of water. Both the lipstick & liner are super creamy so it makes for a nice blend & you don’t have to worry about your lips drying out throughout the day. I loved the consistency of all my items. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Avoid this shop! I made an international order in Jan 2022 and my customer experience was terrible. My delivery got stuck somewhere with the postal office for like 3-4 weeks and I couldn’t get any information from them so I contacted colourpop...5 times! I was only answered by a bot and even though I asked for a real person they didn’t answer. I literally had to go on their social media and start posting comments on their posts with my situation. Magically, after that I was contacted in less then a day. But after one message I asked some question and got no answer again. Only then I’ve read other peoples experiences on some sites about customer experiences and I realized its now colourpops way of dealing with customers. Take the money, don’t give a dime about what happens after. I still haven’t got my package (its 1.5 month now) and don’t know if I ever will. Coourpop hasnt expressed any willingness to help me out with my situation, basically just told me to wait and that’s it. Avoid this shop for all costs.

Your service is very good, it's a shame that in my last purchase they mixed up a product but they quickly solved the problem. c:
