Product is 5 stars, great quality, stays on, no creases, very bold colors and you don’t need to use a lot to get the desired look you want. Customer service is a whole nother story. I purchased multiple pallets, one of which broke. I reached out to CP via their website as there’s no option to call in, waited two weeks, no response. Submit another request, i get an email asking to review their product. Still nothing about my broken order.

I made an order that took long to arrive. Then 2 eye shadow palettes were the wrong ones. I tried emailing twice but no response. I even received email confirmation that they received the email. It's been over a month now and they have not reached to make a correction.

I always have problems with my eye shadow coming off during the day. This eyeshadow stays put! Looks just as good at 8pm as it did when I applied it at 8am.

Love the colors. Would love more medium tone color options! Website easy to use. Since I have light brown skin I could use some of the medium shades of lip liners & eyeshadow a little darker...not dark, only darker. When they are to light, I love the shade, but they don't show up on me, because my skin is to dark and I don't want a dark lip liner or eyeshadow just something that I can use every day during the daytime. Looking for more rose gold & copper penny shades of eyeshadow
