It was easy and fast, the international delivery was more fast that the first time that I buy.

I ordered from colourpop on February 24th. On March 10th my tracking stopped updating. I’ve attempted to contact customer support twice and both times I received the same response “here is your tracking info blah blah blah, when your order become in transit again it will be updated”. I even mentioned what if it was lost in shipping. I have not been offered any kind of reembersment for the trouble of any sort! If I knew this is how packages were handled I would’ve never placed an order!

The pigments of the colors are so vivid and last all day. I love their products and the prices are extremely fair.

I really like most of the products I have purchased from Colourpop. I found the stick liners to be difficult to work with; have to put a lot of pressure on it to leave a mark. The shadows are vivid and blend well, the lip products I've tried I have been happy with, and the mascara doesn't clump. Good work, team!

I buy the Disney collabs for my twin nieces who are 17. They love the packaging almost as much as they love the eye shadow. I have bought a few individual ones but they were not what I was looking for. I was looking for the glossy.neutral like shadow like Covergirl had in the early 70's. I gave those to the twins as well. I like the sales you have as well and the emails that let me know when a new product is dropping.

Amazing quality for a very very reasonable price. I will continue buying Colourpop!!!!!!!
