I had to pay for taxes to get my package and when I got it, it was a wrong package. Then I had to pay for the taxes of my actual package, and ask Colourpop for a refund of the first taxes I had to pay for a package that was not mine and they didnt say nothing, just that it was a mistake. I end up paying around 70 euros for an order that was supposed to have the taxes included in the price.

Excellent eyeshadows, super shock shadows, lipsticks, and skincare line !! I have been using Colourpop for more than two years now, trying different things from the site. The eyeshadows palettes are very pigmented, smoothly milled and wearability lasts all day :) Very good selection as well, from natural looks to colorful - everybody can find color combos they like. Highly recommend!!
