Great products, great customer service. Love colourpop

I've always loved what colourpop made and collabed with and I was just deeply over the moon when i saw avatar the last airbender collab. They always have good makeup products and they are safe too so I was just in love with it and deeply appreciated that they are dedicated on making sure their deliveries are out soon.

ColourPop is my favorite makeup brand. The products are of the highest quality, and I've only had an issue with one order. My only complaint is that I was unable to resolve the situation because I didn't realize that there was an error until they asked for feedback. Other than that, I love this company!

So far what I’ve purchased is working out really well. I love the jelly eyeshadows especially.

Nunca defrauda la calidad de sus productos. Muy contenta con todo lo que he probado de la marca hasta ahora. Con los envíos también muy bien, nunca tuve ningún problema en aduana, ni llegó un producto roto ni nada. Lo único que me gustaría que los pedidos a Europa " Sin gastos de envío " pudieran ser menores de 60 dólares para poder hacer pedidos de manera más conitua.

Love the colourpop products. They’re the best but had issues with shipping. On your website it says they ship to Singapore. In reality they don’t. I tried to check out 4 separate times, using different credit cards and with/without VPN. Nothing worked. My order kept getting canceled. When I contacted customer support, they just said to try again. Contacted again and same response. I asked if they could process the order for me - no, just try again. Super frustrating. Never got my order. While customer support was not helpful, they were responsive.
