You charged for a product twice and never till this day, it has been a month and never received. Which I will show receipts on twitter. Insane how colourpop is still in business. They keep launching new products and cannot even keep demand and ship what they supposedly sold. AWFUL..AND WILL PASS THAT AROUND.

I haven't received my package yet. I have been waiting a long time. I'm not happy

I ended up breaking out from the eyeshadow. I wrote in about it, and was told that I should've looked at the ingredients to see if it had anything in it that I was allergic to. This was my first time ever buying & using colourpop. I've used all kinds of brands before and never had any allergic reaction. It's not like I knew I would break out from this. And know what to look for in the ingredients it's not fair that I have to continue to pay for something I can't use now. Colourpop should have a better return/refund policy

The shipping company DHL that you use to ship your products with is a very poor company. My shipment sat in a facility that was a couple hours away from me for more than three days. And this happens EVERY time DHL is used. I really think you guys should look into other ways to ship your products.

Every time I order something, especially a new release/PR box, it takes months to ship. Maybe if you’re an influencer you’ll get fast shipping.

Took forever to ship, and the price for the quality of the items isn’t what I would expect

Excellent experience all around. I couldn’t ask for a better value and user friendly platform. Maybe there could be a better shipping system for international buyers. I kinda figured out how it works after having made 5 purchases but I was really stressed during my first one because I couldn’t tell where it was once it entered my country. But despite this, ColourPop always comes through!
