One of the Lipsticks I bought was slightly raised in the package which caused a dent in the lipstick and caused the cap to be dirty but it was easy to clean so it was fine. The quality was good and I really liked the colors and the formulation

The colour is the lip stain was not as berry looking as advertised. The mascara was awful. I have it to my daughter and she thought the same.

I would love to give 5 stars as I love Colourpopp make up. The issue I have is the shipping time. The time frame once I place my order and shipping is awesome but the time it takes once it leaves your warehouse is horrible. Why use DHL? Sometimes it takes my order 2 weeks to receive not acceptable and this has been happening since before Covid so that can't be used as an excuse. That is the reason I don't order alot especially skincare where if I run out waiting for my order to arrive I'm out of luck. I don't understand why you use DHL for shipping if it's for cheaper shipping rates we the customer are the ones paying for the delays. That's unacceptable!!

My eyeshadow came broken, I reached out more than 3 times to customer service providing my order info and photos and did not receive any more communication. I only received an email to rate their customer service after they closed my ticket without any remedy. I've loved colour pop for years but i do not purchase from companies with bad customer service.

I bought moisturizing and lip balm set off from colourpop, and I like them very much! The gel moisturizer feels very cool and nice and it’s very light, while the lip sets smell nice! The oil cleansing are also very easy to use and easily rubs off the makeup off my face when I usually have trouble cleansing it with my old cleansers. It doesn’t have any bad smell and though it feels oily - duh - it rinses off VERY EASY along with the makeup! After using the milk cleanser with the oil cleanser my face feels very nice. I would buy it again in the future.
