Amazing got exactly what I was looking for

Ordered my item tracking confirmed it cleared customs in the UK on 29 April and as yet I have no parcel. Contacted colour pop who said I need to contact my local customs !!! Very difficult when you have no idea how it arrived in the UK and where it is in the UK!! A disgusting customer service and feel as though this company is a fraud and entices in a younger audience. The company should be reported. They are responsible for the shipping and should make sure the customer receives their order. If they can’t do this they should not offer shipping to the UK

The name of this brand is perfect. The colors pop. They are beautiful, full color and great staying power

The eyeliner I got came almost completely dry and didn't last more than three usages. I was however pretty pleased with the eyeshadow I got. Very pigmented and good quality for the price. With that being said, one of the colors was almost completely popped out and I had to gently press it back into the palette, and I didn't really like the packaging on it either. Overall, 1 star for the eyeliner and four for the palette.

My package never was delivered. I wrote 3 times to get my money back and nobody has helped me. I will definitely not buy from here ever again. Wasted my money and time.
