My first time buying from colour pop was amazing. My products came in on time, nothing was broken, I got every single piece. Also the products I bought are literally fabulous, I am so impressed with this brand. Also the price was super affordable, I’m definitely ordering from these guys again.

The items and things I ordered are of great quality however it took so long for them to arrive. Please improve your delivery and tracking times.

High quality makeup, affordable prices. For australia, I reccomend making a group order to avoid the shipping cost.

I bought the Star Wars set…I got it super quick too! I was so excited about this collection as I’m a huge Star Wars fan! It has a ton of eyeshadows that you can use for any kind of look you want for a day on the town or a day on Batuu! I can’t wait to pair it up with all my Star Wars looks and go see the characters again!

Experience was just okay. Ordering was a pain. I never got any confirmation of my order or its shipment (and yes, my email was entered correctly and I checked my junk mail). Customer service was slow and inattentive and it took weeks to sort, by which time my order had arrived. I just felt the communication was really poor and the products are a bit underwhelming giving all that headache. I would not order from here again.
