put order in did not receive my product. no email stating why, just frustrated

I ordered about $150 worth of items from Colourpop in May. At the end of June, they hadn't arrived - so I spent weeks emailing Colourpop trying to locate my missing package. Colourpop told me to ring my local provider, which I did, although the package was still in the US and therefore Aus Post / DHL Australia were unlikely to help. I told Colourpop that they needed to raise the issue on their end, but they kept sending me the same preworded template response saying that I needed to call my local provider. After days of generic responses which didn't actually help me, I asked to get some help from a supervisor, which resulted in another generic response. It was the most inefficient, infuriating process with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was like the people in their team either 1. Were robots, 2. Were incapable of sending anything other than a template response, even if the template didn't actually provide any help or 3. Did not care. Maybe it was all three? Who knows. In the end, I got a refund and will never use them again.

Siempre miraba sus productos y un día decidí pedir y me encantaron todos sus productos . Me encanta sus productos , las sombras super pigmentadas , los gliter en gel son geniales ya que no se cae hasta que te lo quitas . Los gliter sueltos duran muchisimo aunque no te pongas pegamento para pegarlo . Lo unico que me ha gustado menos son los stix por que me llego seco y no pintaba .

I was happy at first the color like a match on the website seemed promising but over time of using it the color starts to oxidized and it burns my skin. I was hoping that at least would have used the whole bottle but it honestly just sucked! The color on the website does not match the color that came in the mail at all it was too red for me almost and also cool toned, honestly maybe it wasn’t mixed all the way during the factory’s production I got a bad batch but I am 9 neutral on the website, I just threw it away it was a waste of money

Love everything about this mascara. Packaging, wand, formula and the color payoff is beautiful with the blue - even on dark lashes (especially with a primer). Love that the formula stays soft, not clumpy and doesn’t weigh my lashes down. Other mascaras do and I lose my curl, but this one is so light. Now I want more colors!
