I didn't receive my order

Well, I like the products that I have, however, the frosty pallet could be more pigmented and have a longer lasting power, especially for pastel colors that kind of goes to dust and wears off within a couple hours. The shipping of this product was absolutely abysmal. I ordered my product December 2 or third, for my daughter‘s birthday, which was December 9. I was told wouldn’t actually receive the product until December 22, making her birthday gift now a Christmas gift. And this was one of her main gifts that she had asked for her birthday. When I inquired about it, I was told that it was not even shipped at that point, and then I would still need to wait 7 to 10 days for the pallet to even arrive. I never ended up receiving my shipment. Had I known that shipping would’ve been like this I would’ve just purchased it inside of an Ulta, has made me leery of ever needing to purchase the product for a special occasion or a gift ever again. I will probably purchase for super clearance deals, but only if there’s not any holiday or occasion that I am specifically going to use the product for from now on. I will have to go into a store and pray that they have the product there.

I love Colourpop!! Their glitter gels are the best!! Hands down. Unfortunately, the amount of time that it took my items to ship, makes me reluctant to order from them again. It took a ridiculous amount of time for my items to ship out, with no communication about being held up.

I ordered the product on Dec 3rd and the shipping was never made; besides that I sent a couple of emails asking for the shipping details because the status was unfulfilled and nobody answered. So I cancelled the order

My order was delayed and then sent without some of my items.

They sent me palettes that appear used like someone tested them and then returned them. I emailed the company they tried to say it was probably a rough shipment and I had to prove it by sending photos. Makes no sense. I get they were trying offload old product for the new but sending out returns as “new” is wrong and risky. I should not be at risk for an eye infection. I don’t think I will buy again from them.

Both were bought as a gift for my daughter and her friend as balms for winter. They taste horrible. Bitter, medicinal in the worst possible way. After trying pikachu one on myself I couldn’t gift the other one to 9yo. This is sad.
