Poor packaging
Bought 2 lip liners and 2 lipsticks from their new collection. The color is great, texture is great but the caps are loose on the liners and fall off into my handbag or makeup kit. This is unhygienic and leads me to not use the products.

Bought three different eyeshadow…
Bought three different eyeshadow palettes. To my surprise the quality was equal to palettes costing four times the price.
