The international shipment took a reasonable amount of time. However, the courier incorrectly marked the package as delivered, and I never received it. I submitted two complaints, but the response claimed that I had received the package, and they provided "evidence" in the form of a sheet with an illegible signature. I can confirm that I never received my purchase.

I have had all positive experiences with Colourpop. The products are great. Shipping to me (Midwest US) from the Colourpop page has always been 7-10 days from the second I place the order. They do email and give updates to the shipping process which I appreciate. Items are always covered with bubble wrap to prevent breakage. I mostly order eye shadow, shadow sticks, liner, super shock shadows/ highlighters, eyeshadow palettes, and blushes. Colourpop always has tons of new products and seasonal /holiday releases and plenty of collections from nostalgic shows or iconic characters. I have also ordered from Colourpop using Klarna and it’s awesome! Both companies made it very easy. Something important to note is I have NOT had to return something to Colourpop so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Well… I think the website needs to be with real stock numbers, because I couldn’t get one of the orchid palettes, it has gorgeous colors. I got notified by email without a chance to get something else or maybe get like a chance to wait until they got it back in stock. The package got into my address without any scratches, all the products were intact.

Shipping took forever and 2 items were not in my package! There is no phone number to contact this company! You have to ONLY EMAIL and wait.. Terrible business practice. The makeup.. gel eyeliners are great, too bad the company itself is not. I ordred 5 for a discount..and only received 3 of them, did not get my other color, so now only 3 of same color.. ugh. Better off ordering on Amazon for more $, at least shipment quick and can contact easily if an issue arises.

I made a purchase with you. It arrived today and there are a lot of things missing. The invoice is wrong and this package is missing 1 item. Another purchase that I made the next day is also missing. A portion was charged to my credit card, but the purchase did not arrive. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase. Do you usually act like this with international purchases? I paid super expensive fees here in Brazil and my entire purchase didn't arrive.
