I cannot get a straight answer from Colourpop on if some ingredients come from China. I will assume the answer is yes. Colourpop markets itself as if their products are entirely made(ingredients included)in the US. The labeling on the product i purchased indicated ingredients could be from outside the US. I won't purchase again.

I recently ordered at Colourpop as an international customer, only to discover that CP splits orders without telling you anywhere. This meant double the customs handling fee for me, which admittedly CP has no control over. When the second packages came, the second one had three single shadows in a massive box. Unsustainable and unnecessary. So I contacted customer service asking if I could be reimbursed for the fees, since the company had caused me extra fees withoutvmy knowledge and didn't declare it anywhere. I know this is a big ask and I would've accepted a no, but the way customer service reacted: The first email was automatic. The second email went "sorry you got confused" - I wasn't confused at all, I'd been charged outside of my knowledge and control. The third email then went "as you've experienced, we do split packages sometimes. Now you know." Nice, Colourpop. Professional. I'm not in danger of ordering from them again, but looking at other reviews here that's a gamble Colourpop is happy to bet on with each sale.

I have been shopping ColourPop for years. Their formulas are extremely pigmented and blend able with fantastic staying power. The company does stand behind their products, I've received damaged products from the mail carrier and customer service replaced with zero Hassel.

Don't really enjoy the products. They don't blend well and/ or are not pigmented. Also shipping is very expensive unless you buy a lot.
