Fast shipping, mystery bag is very good for the prime, shipping and Tax

My order came incredibly quickly. I definitely wasn’t expecting that! And they even sent me a “sorry we’re late” card. Definitely wasn’t late! Happy I bought straight from the company!!

Beautiful colors that have great pigment and not very much fall out. Their lip glosses are such fun as well. Also, their packaging is amazing, much better than I ever thought they would be. Thank you Colorpop for making Hocus Pocus 2 part of your collections!

Company has poor ethics and lacks honesty to it's consumers. My Spooky Mystery order had only 1 item that would have been considered spooky while the rest was just left overs that they are trying to get rid of. None of which matches my skin tone and/or likeness. Refused to refund me and only gave a $6 store credit when the box was $50.

Products are a fantastic quality but customer service is non-existent. One of my items arrived broken and their solution was a coupon for a replacement. However, the shipping cost more than the product and they would not provide free shipping. Their responses were so slow that I missed out on the promotion for free international shipping as well.

I love every single item I’ve purchased! I relocated to México and have purchased from Colourpop several times since then. Not many companies ship here. I always receive my items in perfect condition and on time! I love that I am able to purchase even when I’m outside of the US.

The products are great quality at a good price!
