The package got delivered ripped and stained and the products themselves were dusty

The make-up was really nice, but the tracking of the package didn't reach me by email, I had to open one of the first emails and check but a tracking came only a few days before arrival. And then I looked at the video reviews of this make-up box and I noticed that they all had a card with Bella and Edward depicting on it, but I didn't receive it :/

My package was a bit late which was fine I get it, but when my package arrived one of the items were missing and I tried contacting but I still did not get a response. I contacted for the second time 11/01/2024

First of all, my original order never arrived. The customer service response is beyond slow. One month and a day after I was originally supposed to receive the original order, the replacement arrived. And I didn’t even get the right full order. I ordered the silver lake super shock eyeshadow (pale silver, in a jar-like container).I received an ugly shadow STIX in surf sesh metallic (a shadow stock in some sort of dark green). It’s horridly ugly. Plus not what I ordered…as. a CHRISTMAS GIFT. The responses to emails (emails? It’s 2025) we’re short and blunt. Basically I was warned that of this replacement did not arrive, I was not eligible for a refund or replacement again. So I guess a month and half later, I have most of the order, finally, with a shadow stick I did not order and cannot use. Fantastic. I’ll be done with ColourPop.

The fallout is so massive, one of the pressed pigments just fell off the pan. All of it. As a single piece. I get that working with pressed pigments vs eyeshadow has a learning curve, but pressed pigments are supposed to be very pigmented. These are neither easy to work with nor pigmented, they don't last more than a couple of hours (with the same techniques I use to make other products stay all day long, so might be I need to learn new techniques), and I have to basically scrub my face before foundation from all the fallout, forget putting foundation before eyes with these products!

I loved how simple it was to look for new and old items! We ordered a few products online at Christmas time and there were wonderful deals for awesome products. My sisters enjoy doing makeup and they really enjoyed the pigmented palettes and fun highlighters. Would buy again!

No telephone line to resolve order issues. 3 emails and nearly a month later for an associate to get back to me. The person was polite when they finally got around to answering me after threanting to involve my credit card company.
