How can I rate something I have yet to receive or that’s not even been shipped yet? The processing times are beginning to become outrageous. As a company you decided to promote a bunch of giveaway and discounts around the holidays and then severely under delivered. I’m not even sure I’ll get my product by Christmas at this point and part of it was a gift. I love your products and want to continue to support you guys but recently ordering has taken forever.

I absolutely LOVE all of the products I have received from ColorPop! Their palettes are highly pigmented with great colors and I love their lip sticks!

Makeup has an incredibly cover I wasn't expecting, and it's long lasting, I never tried something like this before and will be my makeup from now on

I received a broken iteam. Emailed and there response was to give me code. Not ship the one iteam. That doesn't help as I said in the emails it's a Christmas present. I was one super shock Shadow from a collection of 12 of them. What good is $7....the gift was way more than that. I told them that and I'm still waiting for a reply. I even stated if it was for me it wouldn't have mattered, but since it's for a gift it's was not ok that it came broken. It doesn't help the customer. Especially since if you use that $7 off you can't use any other codes with it so then you were stuck purchasing one item and checking out and paying for shipping. I had this happen once before and never used the code. So basically you're stealing the money from people. It's crap. Either send me a replacement or refund me my money for the entire set. I'm not giving my niece broken things for Christmas. And I'm not letting you rip me off again. I love your products. I enjoy giving them as gifts, but hate the way you deal with damaged iteam. Plus I'm still waiting on 4 more orders from you. 3 of which still haven't shipped.....I know the holidays are coming and you received lots of orders from Black Friday. Please have a great holiday season.

I received the brush set with a missing brush and a dirty makeup palette. I asked about the missing brush, and I have not been responded to.
