Everything was ok

My customer experience with Colourpop is so good, as taxes are prepaid you don't have to worry about customs. Products are amazing, good quality and innovative.

Everything was great, pretty eyeshadows and the customer service was perfect

I have purchased it many times and never had any issues. The products are very good, nothing ever arrived broken, it didn't take much time to arrive in my country. There are always some products on sale and you can get your favs for a very nice price. I am overall very satisfied with the company and my experience has been the best. Companies should learn from Colourpop. The only thing that should be improved is the shipping to Serbia ( it's 10 dollars)

Order was placed on the 17th, got shipped on the 18th. Palettes are great, good quality & amazing colors (got the Mandalorian & Quartz), only issue I have is with the lippie stix strong smell. Other than this everything was ok. Hope next orders will go as smooth as this one. :)

Pros: good price and quality Cons: I didn’t know I had to pay taxes for the delivery to my country (Ireland), first time that happens One of the lipstick I ordered was disappointing, the colour looks nothing like in the website
