The eye pallets are gorgeous! I love the colors, how easy they are to put on and blend, and they last all day!

They sent me used product. My liners had hair on them and were half used. BRAND NEW LINERS. I asked for a replacement, they said they couldn’t replace it. Absolutely disgusted bro never ordering from here again

I didn’t receive my full order and sent a email and have not received a return email on missing item.

I have always loved Colourpop make up, it’s pigmented, minimal if any fall out and price friendly (from a previous UD obsessed girl). But this was the first skincare purchase I’ve made. Let me tell you it won’t be the last! My skin is healthy and glowy. The moisturizer lasts all day even living in a dry climate like Colorado. Will definitely be ordering again.

Over a month and still didn’t get the package

I bought three items. One was not made carefully. One was damaged and possibly USED. And the third was damaged and not at all what they advertised. And Michele, the rep who was assigned to my ticket was beyond rude. It took a full month of me sending pictures of what I had received and non-stop nagging emails to finally be done with this terrible company. They only agreed to fix the issues when they realized that I have a significant influence in the real world and a personal friend in the beauty world. If I was a nobody, they would not have done anything.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the Colourpop for Target palettes. I used it twice and threw it out. I also recently got a mega palette that had subpar shadows also.
