While shopping online, I really appreciated how easy it was to know which products were in stock, and which were sold out. It made shopping so much faster! While I did place my order during the holiday season rush, the time it took to ship my order was less than ideal. However, when the package finally arrived, everything was packed so well! I could tell someone really took the time to insure my eyeshadow palettes arrived in perfect condition. I will continue to shop here, and keep recommending Colourpop to all of my friends/family!

ColourPop has affordable products that are great quality. The customer service is excellent.

I have not received my colourpop products, I sent emails asking about the shipping and I only have an automatic response saying solemne Will contact me, until now nothing

I bought this as a gift and chose to purchase some individual colors for myself. I was pleasantly surprised.

For the last three years, Colourpop hasn’t restocked certain shades in concealers; 158W for example; and other items. It’s like Colourpop is only really focused on eye shadow palettes which are repetitive shades at that and ridiculous collaborations every other week to justify it. It’s pretty annoying because just how many eye shadow palettes does any person need or any brand need to sell? While there are avid collectors, eye shadows shouldn’t be the only products they come out with and not even care to restock or add new base products like foundations, concealers, etc. What about SOL Cream Body Blushes to go with the SOL Body Bronzers and regular Cream Blushes… I can go on and on with ideas. Their ideas and creations shouldn’t only be towards eye shadows. I’d also like for them to start adding the shelf life after opening to their products. The only thing that keeps me a Customer is the SOL body bronzer and the makeup brushes, other than that, I’m really just over Colourpop.

The product is exactly as advertised. Delivery time is good, impressive.

Items were easy to locate on the site, in stock despite being discontinued greatly. Product arrived in a timely manner. Products are great quality.
