Colourpop is my favourite makeup brand great prices and amazing quality products. I love their eye shadows and they make the basic things so much for fun.

I placed an order specifically for the aurora struck palette and decided to splurge on a few other things along with it. When I received my package I was missing the one thing I wanted the most from my order. There was 0 communication in the package nor a packing slip with a checked list. I emailed customer service just to have them answer this email a week later. Before customer service got back to me I received an email stating that this palette was actually unavailable and they were issuing a full refund for the item. I don’t understand why this would happen when all things are made “in house” and “to order” why this was out of stock yet still on the site? Disappointing. What I did receive came in good condition and was packaged well which was the only redeemable quality of my order.

Shipping and tracking is awful. But I love the products.

The order got cancled due to the product being back ordered. It would of been nice to be notfied of the possibility before my order got cancled or the option to replace the item with something else of the same value
