I just love this website, been using it since highschool. I had little to no money back then, but the quality was out of this world. I still shop on here regularly and I adore the expansion into facial cleansers. All the eyeshadows are super pigmented, and the glosses are long lasting. I'm a colourpop girlie for life.

This company is terrible. I ordered blending sticks. They were hard & old I wanted my money back. Well they don’t do refunds so they sent me another pack of the same garbage. I literally threw them away. I will NEVER buy from them again

My experience was great, I used the shop pay feature to track my package. I did have a small problem that was resolved instantly. The problem was I got a white eyeliner instead of the black one I ordered so I contacted customer service and they were happy to send me my black eyeliner. Thank you Colourpop!

Amazing, super pigmented colors for a great price, always arrives before I expect the package, and the quality is always consistent ! Even the packaging is fun and gorgeous and makes me even more excited to purchase from Colourpop. Seriously my favorite place to go for makeup!

I got everything I ordered and very fast. I will be ordering again.

I placed an order and one of the items, Butchers mascara, was completely dried out. I reported this to customer service and they provided a credit to make another purchase from them. I don't care to purchase any other items from the company so the credit is worthless to me. I already purchased more items on my first order that I don't want in order to receive free shipping. I should have been given the option to receive a credit on the form of payment I used originally.
