Colourpop is a good company.

I love the Super Shock eye shadows and highlighters. Gorgeous colors that are long lasting and affordable. I look forward to trying other products.

First, I found the shopping experience to be really easy with the items well priced. A couple things confused me as I was shopping from Canada but I didn’t read the policy first. I received my items in good time and they were well packed. The eye shadows I bought have great colour pay off, are long lasting and easy to blend. I won’t spend crazy money on a palette again as these are the best. I also got a liquid lip and a lip pencil and they’re both good. Liquid lip products are drying for me and this is no exception. Definitely will purchase from them again.

The overall price point and the shipping time can’t be beat. Plus, I already owned the palettes I bought; i was stocking up on them because I like them so much.

The shopping experience is okay. I was just bummed to see the extensive use of cyclopentasiloxane in the products which is banned by the EU where I live. I don’t feel very comfortable using the products now.

I emailed Immediately after I bought my items that I needed to change the address because I put it in wrong, got told the address was changed, never received package, and did not receive a refund or a new package.

My shopping and customer service experience was great. I probably won't by the product again, but that is just personal.

I love the colors of the eyeshadows and the palettes are reasonably priced. I went on the to buy the “pretty please” eyeshadow palette but it was sold out. That was very disappointed. If you find one I’d love to buy it.
