Almost every product came in a good shape and well packaged and most of the products is good quality and performs as intended. Just wish the shipping didn't take a month to get to Czechia though I suppose our customs office is most likely to blame as well for its tardiness.

I've ordered from them several times and the packaging is always adorable and the products perform well with the colours looking just like the pictures.

Your product came melted. I requested a refund and they wanted pictures. How do you take a picture inside a lipstick tube. Annoying that you are requesting something like this. I will not use you again.
