Implement a better return policy. Some of the items are cheaply made.

Great product material but this is the 3rd time a application device has broken with little use. I take good care not to drop or break things. This time spray head on the setting spray will not spray anything. The bottle is properly shaken and I even ran the head under hot water to see if something is blocking the tube. Last time it was a concealer wand that broke.

Last time some of my items were missing, they gave me a code with the price, but I live abroad so the shipping is more expensive that national shipping. basically I lost money.

Colorpop has always had amazing, quality products and good prices. Love love love!

I've always wanted to try ColourPop makeup I've heard really good reviews on the brand. I saw that ColourPop does mystery boxes (I love surprises) so I ordered 2 boxes $49 each (total $98). I ordered 2 boxes in hopes of getting a larger variety of items. I did not I got duplicates of the exact same thing which is disappointing almost as disappointing as your customer service please see below response to my complaint: *Hello Shannon, Thank you for reaching out about this! I am so sorry about the confusion. Our Mystery Boxes include secret items that are selected randomly. However, I completely understand the frustration that this misunderstanding can cause! As an apology I have issued a $6 code for a future order of your choice! $6 Code: CSCRTKBDFSCEJJEDJ Expires: 5 July, 2023 Please note, the code must be used in full and cannot be split among separate transactions. Coupon codes cannot be used during promotional periods and cannot be applied to shipping. I have also made sure to pass this feedback along to the rest of the team! There was nothing randomly selected about my boxes if there was I wouldn't of gotten duplicates of the exact same items in one box j also added pictures in my email to show what I was complaining about and as a sorry you give me a $6 off my next purchase?! As stated before I spent $98 on my boxes and I got double of the exact same items and quoted by your costumer service provider "Our Mystery Boxes include secret items that are selected randomly" no item that I received was randomly selected if I got duplicates of everything. Honestly so disappointed in the items I received purely because it was all duplicates and your customers service.

Loved everything I received, very well packaged.

Excelente Quality. Love all cosmetics. My favorite are the eye shadow in collabs.

The shipping times from the US to Aus are unfortunately super long, but the products are 100% worth waiting for. I absolutely love Colourpop and will forevermore buy the majority of my makeup from there.
