Everytime I order from colourpop I always get my stuff, it's packaged nicely and it's always intacted. They have a secure checkout, there products are beautiful and vibrant. So easy to apply and lasts all day.

My order has been over a month and a half and i did not receive it yet.

I loved the way my package was wrapped. Everything was well secured with bubble wrap wrapped tightly around all the products.

I received the wrong order, but customer service resolved the issue in a way that didn’t inconvenience me. It was my first purchase of a ColourPop product, and I am very excited pleased with the quality of the SuperShock eyeshadows. The colors are saturated, easy to apply, no fallout, long lasting, and the price it great! I want each of the eyeshadow colors they have!

Everything came nicely packed and great quality. Sadly one of my lippies came broken, but overall it was a good experience.

What is the shipping?? I didnt get my package because it said that i had unpaid shipping costs even though i paid 10$ for shipping !? Still havent gotten my package

I bought the watermelon face polish and the volumizing mascara in wood spirit. Love both of the products. The face polish really feels like I’m getting my make up off plus leaving my skin very soft..... not dry. I love the mascara because it’s a color that you don’t see often. I have very pale lashes and this tends to be a little on the red side but that’s OK it matches my lashes and makes them stand out but in a more natural way instead of having to wear black or brown mascara.I would recommend both of these products you will not be disappointed. Delivery is always fast and everything arrives in good shape
