Not sure where all the negative reviews came from. I've made multiple purchases with Colourpop and have been happy so far. When I recently received a number of damaged items in my order, customer services responded within a day and refunded my order since the items could no longer be replaced.

I've been wanting to try Colorpop for a long time. I live in Europe so it isn't easy to get Colorpop products...I was prepared to pay customs fees of course, I knew I had to. So, I waited for a good deal from Colorpop to get my products for a nice price and freeshipping. The products took forever to arrive (more than a mounth!) and I had to pay custom fees over the price of the products without the discount...plus, it was missing an item. Customer service takes a long time to reply but they refunded me very quickly although the value refunded was the discounted value of an item from a bundle. The products are nice but at the end nothing to write home about and the trouble (plus the end overall price) isn't worth it...probably not buying from Colorpop again

Colorpop shipped me my order timely and accurately, and the items that I ordered arrived in perfect condition. I really enjoy their makeup; the colors are great, the packaging is adorable, the quality is good, and the price is very reasonable. I've ordered from them many times with no problems. In the only instance where I had a problem (a year ago I received someone else's order instead of my own), Colorpop was quick to ship me my items when I informed them of their error, and they let me keep the items that I received in error.
