Love the eyeshadows I bought!

Great products and quick delivery.

There is a neverending array of products with Colourpop! The packaging and thought put in to the lush palettes is so fun. The eyeshadows go on and stay put. As a "mature" woman, I appreciate the availibility & subtleness of shimmers. Customer for life!!

Order was shipped to South Africa as a birthday gift for my mom. Package took 6 weeks to get to its destination & then DHL transferred package to the local South African Postal Service. Tried to communicate with DHL to rectify problem. They were of very little use. Package has gone missing.

I love the products but the time frame for the products to reach me was extremely long.

I did an online order for 3 eyeshadows. 2 came unsealed; they were in the paper envelope but were open at the round hole & had been smudged - looked like someone tried them before they were shipped. The other one was sealed in plastic & in the envelope, but was the finish was not as described. No phone support available from Colourpop & the email I got wanted photos of the unsealed eyeshadows, etc. I respect Colourpop's commitment to being cruelty-free, but will not be buying anything more from them since this is the way they deal with people.

I didn’t get my order

It's the first time I've used Colourpop based in the States. I bought their setting powder and am very pleased with the results. It took about 2-2.5 weeks to arrive and I paid up front for the customs fee into the UK, which was a lot less hassle my end. The package arrived in perfect condition. A very positive shopping experience, I'd use them again.
