I used to order from colourpop all the time but the past few years they've gone downhill. My order took a long time for them to finally ship it. The shipping used to be a lot faster. The customer service and care by them is practically not there. They used to care about customers but now they only care about the money. Prices have gone up but quality has gone down. I buy eyebrow pencils from them and they always are crumbly or broken. Definitely not how they used to be, I don't know how often I'd purchase from them again.

I was so exicted to order these products just to get nothing. Placed my order and didn't get a shipping email after 3 weeks I sent them an email they said my order was still processing. I send another email a month and a half later and they replied saying there was an issues processing my order and initial rqst was cancelled. Bummer

Such a fun line! Love the colors. I also love that this is a responsible line that makes sure your makeup is safe!

I love everything about my order. I order products from Alice in Wonderland Collab and everything was beautiful anf functional, I loved it! Even the shipment was earlier than expected 5 stars

I have shopped from colourpop a number of times and have always been satisfied. I will say this experience felt a little off then my previous purchases, they took a lot longer to ship than usual, and it came delivered in a non-branded box (this isn’t a big deal but definitely felt off considering every other time it came with a branded box and with a seasonal card).

I love all of colorpops items especially the collaborations they do. They are all awesome I love them.

I loved the options and the colors but some of them weren't what I was expecting but it is hard to know if you can't see it in person first.

the sizes are kind of small for the price but the products are amazing!
