Shipping time takes forever, to the point I almost forget I ordered stuff. AAAND you sent me a $5 coupon with NO WAY to put it onto my order.

I have an overall very favorable impression of Colourpop. Queries are answered quickly, products are high quality, and shipping times are reasonable. I had one issue recently Wirth a coupon and it was settled to my satisfaction.

The products were just as advertised, and the pigments were very vivid and opaque! Shipping only took about a week, and everything came in perfect condition.

I must say mixed opinions. The quality of the product I received was superb 👌 gorgeous alice in wonderland collection ✨️ luv it so much thank u colourpop 😊 But..... I live in the Republic of Ireland and It took a month and a half 😳 to get here but the quality is excellent thank u xx

Site is always easy to navigate. And products are great. This order was eye shadow and lip gloss. Eye pallet was pretty. Colors go on nice, blend easy and stay put with the the eye primer.

I love that you are a cruelty free company, that is very important to me. The products that I have ordered are gorgeous, have great pigment and are at such great prices even though I live in Canada. The only thing I don’t like is that some of your products list petroleum in the ingredients. Since you seem to be an environmentally conscious company, that both surprised and disappointed me.
