I honestly love everything about colourpop. My favorite brand.. hands down. The reason I give it 4 stars is my last order they completely ban me from ordering because I was "flagged as fraud" by their system. When talking to support I told them I'd be happy to send IDs and pictures of cards, whatever I need to in order to show it was me. The person I spoke with just stopped emailing back. Every time I order I have to go to ebay now and pay literally double unless Ulta has it and they don't carry much. They'd be perfect if they would listen to their customers and if technology makes a mistake have a way to "prove" its you. I didn't mind doing this at all but wasn't allowed. I was buy $600 worth of make up too and they lost a big sale then and 3 more sales after that I went to Ebay for.

First time buying Colourpop items, many more to come! Parcel arrived quick, all items were well packed. Loved the eyeshadows colours, exactly what I was aiming for. Just wish the eyeshadows had an individual case...

The palettes were amazing. Aurora is my new fav 😍😍😍. Will order the matte lipsticks soon too 😉.

I love their products, but their return policy kind of sucks. I ordered stuff for my apartment in Boston, but it was sent to my parent's house in California, but I still needed the palettes and wouldn't be in California for months, so I had to buy a second set and gave the California set to my sister-in-law for Christmas.

Love EVERYTHING I’ve gotten from Colourpop. It’s beautiful, incredible quality and as someone with a variable income, it’s super affordable for me. I love that it’s cruelty free, and the super shock formulas are soooo satisfying 😌 I always use Colourpop for my favorite summer look!

the eyeshadow is soo pretty the colors and pigment are on point and the delivery doesn't take long at all I live in West Virginia and it usually takes about 4 to 5 days so that is a great plus not to mention the price for the palettes and the super shock is very affordable. I would recommend colour pop to anyone you definitely won't be disappointed
