I love the Bumble lip pencil but I can't figure out how to get the pencil to twist in order to get the color to not fall back into the tube. I keep shaking it down to get the color out but it is very frustrating. If I could get some guidance that would be most helpful!

1. The shipment to Portugal took more than 2 MONTHS. 2. I was charged additional 25 euros for the delivery while on the website it is written that international shipping is free. 3. I did not receive the parcel - I ordered delivery “to door”, but my parcel was left in delivery point without any email notification. Colourpop even did not contact me seeing that parcel is not delivered after more than 2 months. Conclusion: TERRIBLE experience. Middle-quality product does not worth so much trouble. Not recommended.
